அவர் ஏவல்படி, according to his order. ஏவலாள், ஏவற்காரன், a servant. ஏவலிட, to order. ஏவல் கொள்ள, to employ one in service. ஏவல் செய்ய, --கேட்க, to obey orders, to serve. ஏவல் வினை, the imperative of verbs. ஏவல் வைக்க, to use witchcraft to injure a person. ஏவற்காரன், ஏவலன், an attendant, a servant. ஏவற் பணி, services commanded; often used in polite conversation. குற்றேவல், menial service.
