What is Red Currant fruit called in Persian with how to pronounce and transliteration in english?

It’s called “zereshk” not “keshmesh”. Keshesh is dried grapes.

No it is not zereshk from Berberis trees, which is the tart but tasty fruit from the barberry tree, The red currant is from a different plant genus/species Ribes rubrum and maybe a little sweeter and less tart particularly the white and black currant types.
