சூத்திரம் - Soothiram

இரகசியம்; 6. a proposition, a doctrine, a predicated dogma,
கொள்கைச் சூத்திரம்.
சூத்திரக்காரன், சூத்திரன், சூத்திரி, an artist, a mechanist, an engineer. சூத்திரத்தாரன், a stage-manager; 2. God. சூத்திரதாரி, one who moves and manages the wires in a puppetshow; 2. எந்திரம் - Enthiram
இயந்திரம், யந்திரம், ஏந்திரம், s. a machine, an engine, சூத்திரம்; 2. handmill, திரிகை; 3. mystical diagram, written on a palmyra leaf or metal and worn as an amulet, மந்திரசக்கிரம்; 4. engine or other machinery of war mounted on the battlements, மதிற் பொறி; 5. car, chariot, தேர்.
எந்திர அச்சு, the axis of a hand-mill. எந்திர, (ஏந்திர)க்கல், mill-stone. எந்திரம் இயற்ற, to construct machines. எந்திர வில், crossbow. எந்திரி, one who pulls the wires that move the puppets in puppet-play.
