சந்தேகம் - Santhegam
s. doubt, uncertainly, ஐயம்; 2. suspicion, சமுசயம்; 3. want (as in சாப்பாட்டுக்குச் சந்தேகம், nothing to eat).; 4. peril, அபாயம்.
சந்தேகந்தீர்ந்தது, -தெளிந்தது, அற்றது, the doubt is removed or cleared up. சந்தேகக்காரன், a man given to suspicion; an irresolute or wavering man, சந்தேகி. சந்தேகப்பட, சந்தேகங்கொள்ள, to doubt, to suspect. சந்தேகமாயிருக்கிறது, it is doubtful, dubious, uncertain. பரமசந்தேகம், a strong suspicion. சந்தேகவாரணம், clearing of doubts. சந்தேகாலங்காரம், a figure of speech, ஐயவணி.

ஒப்பாரி - Oppaari
s. comparison, ஒப்பு; 2. a funeral elegy, lamentation (abounding with comparisons) ஒப்புச்சொல்லி அழுதல், அழுகைப் பாட்டு.
ஒப்பாரிகொள்ள, --பிடிக்க, to esteem one as a near relation for his resemblance to a deceased member of the family. ஒப்பாரிக்காரன், (fem. ஒப்பாரிக்காரி) the person so esteemed ஒப்பாரிசொல்ல, --இட்டழ, --இட --வைக்க, to bewail the death of a relation.
