ஆக்கு - Aakku
III. v. t. (caus. of ஆகு) make, effect, cause to be, உண்டாக்கு; 2. cook, சமை; 3. change, convert, மாற்று; 4. make prosperous elevate, உயர்த்து.
ஆக்குதல், ஆக்குகை, ஆக்கல், ஆக்கம், v. ns. ஆக்குகிற வீடு, a kitchen. ஆக்கும், is used as a suffix to verbs to express probability, perhaps. அவன் வந்தானாக்கும், he has perhaps arrived. அது அப்படி இருக்கிறதாக்கும், the thing is perhaps so. ஆக்குவிக்க, to cause to make or boil. சோறாக்க, to boil rice.
