அழுக்கு - Azhukku
s. dirt, filth, அசுத்தம்; 2. excrement, மலம்; 3. stain, moral defilement, மாசு; 4. envy, பொறாமை; 5. discharges after confinement.
அவன் மனசில் அழுக்கிருக்கிறது, he has a bad conscience. அழுக்கான மனம், an envious mind. அழுக்குப்பட --அடைய, to grow dirty. அழுக்குப்படுத்த --ஆக்க, to make unclean. அழுக்கன், a miser, உலோபி.
மலம் - Malam
s. excretion of the body in general, especially the foeces or excrement; 2. dirt, filth, அழுக்கு; 3. dregs, sediment, வண்டல்; 4. subtle matter inherent in the soul (Sidh.); 5. sin, பாவம்.

s. uncleanness, nastiness, filth, அழுக்கு.
ஊத்தைச் சீலை, an unclean cloth. ஊத்தை தாங்க, to bear dirt without showing it (like cloth). ஊத்தை நாறி, a nasty person; 2. a fetid tree, பீ நாறி. ஊத்தைப் பல்லன், a person with dirty teeth. ஊத்தைப் பாண்டம், a dirty vessel; fig. the body.
