அழு - Azhu
I. v. i. weep, cry, கண்ணீர் விடு; 2. lament, புலம்பு; 3. cry as animals in distress or anxiety, கத்து; 4. waste, வீண்செலவு செய்.
ஒருவனை நினைத்து அழ, to bemoan one. அழுகள்ளி, a hypocritical weeper. அழுகுணி, a crying person. அழுகுரல், sound of weeping. அழுகை, அழுதல், v. n. weeping.
குணம் - Kunnam
