சாதனை - Saathanai
s. steady and persevering practice, விடாமுயற்சி; 2. obstinately affirming or denying, persistence in an opinion, வற்புறுத்தல்; 3. skill in performing different arts as dancing, playing, fencing etc.; 4. misrepresentation, dissimulation, falsehood, பொய்.
ஒரே சாதனையாய்ச் சாதிக்கிறான், he obstinately persists in saying so. சாதனைக்கள்ளன், an obstinate character. சாதனைக்காரன், one that practises any art; 2. same as சாதனைக்கள்ளன். சாதனைக்காரன், --சாதனை செய்ய, --பண்ண, to practise or exercise a dexterous art; 2. to affirm or deny obstinately, சாதிக்க. கற்பசாதனை, strengthening the body by the use of drugs.
உற்சாகம் - Ursaakam
vulg. உச்சாயம், s. perseverance, effort, முயற்சி; 2. cheerful exertion, promptitude, ஊக்கம்; 3. spontaneous willingness, மனப்பூர ணம்; 4. extreme joy, சந்தோஷம்.
உற்சாகங்கொண்டு மச்சைத்தாவுகிறான், he is transported with joy. உற்சாகப்பங்கம், உற்சாகப்பிழை, unwillingness. உற்சாகப்படுத்த, உற்சாகங்கொடுக்க, to encourage, excite. உற்சாகமாய், மனோற்சாகமாய், adv. voluntarily, willingly, freely. உற்சாக மருந்து, cheering stimulent.
கூட்டம் - Kuuttam
s. (கூடு) junction, union, கூடுகை; 2. a meeting, crowd, assembly, confederation, திரள்; 3. kindred, relation, caste, tribe, இனம்; 4. copulation, புணர்ச்சி; 5. oil cake, பிண் ணாக்கு; 6. battle, war, fighting, போர்.
