வியாக்கியானம் - Viyaakkiyaanam

நான் சொன்னதுக்கு வியாக்கியானஞ் சொல்லாதே, contradict me not. வியாக்கியானக்காரன், வியாக்கியானி, வியாக்கியானன், வியாக்கியாதா, a commentator, an expositor. வியாக்கியானம் பண்ண, to explain, to expound.
தேய் - Theey
II. v. i. wear away, be rubbed away, உரை II; 2. decrease, waste away, wane, குறை; 3. lapse, கழி; 4. be effaced or obliterated by rubbing, மாய் II; 5. be emaciated or stunted, as a child; be reduced as wealth, splendour etc.
தேய்கடை, adj. worn out, stunted in growth. தேய்கடைப்பணம், a fanam worn by use. தேய்க்கடைப்பிள்ளை, a stunted child. தேய்ந்தபல்லன், (fem. தேய்ந்தபல்லி) a person whose teeth are worn out. தேய்பிறை, the waning moon (opp. to வளர்பிறை, the waxing moon.) தேய்வு, v. n. wearing away, diminution; 2. emaciation; 3. erasure.
