புழுக்கம் - Puzhukkam

தாபம் - Thaapam
s. burning heat, fervency, உஷ்ணம்; 2. fervent desire, ardour, தவனம்; 3. distress, sorrow, துன்பம்; 4. a jungle, a forest, காடு.

வெட்டை -
s. great heat in the body, உஷ்ணம்; 2. the whites, gonorrhoea; 3. heat of the ground, நிலக்கொதி; 4. excessive hardness of metals, கடினம்; 5. (prov.) wild land without vegetation.
வெட்டை நாள், very hot weather. மேக வெட்டை, the whites, venereal sickness.
