அவன் கீர்த்தி எங்கும் பரம்புகிறது, his fame spreads far and wide. கீர்த்திப்பிரதாபம், great fame, distinction. கீர்த்திபெற்றவன், கீர்த்திமான், a famous person. கீர்த்தியாய்ச் செய்ய, to do a thing with pomp. கீர்த்தியைக்கெடுக்க, to defame, to calumniate. நற்கீர்த்தி, a good name, good report. துர்க்கீர்த்தி, ill-fame, evil report.
