பாலன், s. (fem. பாலகி, pl. பாலர், பாலகர்) an infant, a babe; 2. a lad, one of tender age, பையன்; 3. a protector, காப்போன்.

நாராயணன் - narayanan
s. Vishnu as preserver in the deluge (நாரம், water + அயனம் place).
